I started Crewther Care out of necessity, disillusioned after hearing from experiences with support providers who complained of poor care, lack of empathy, misappropriation of funds, and just an overall absence of transparency.

Nearly 15 years ago I started out as a volunteer in a disability support role and eventually leaving my full time job in the finance industry to follow my heart and passion in disability services.

For several years I was in charge of managing and running the recreation disability programs for the organisation where I started out as a volunteer.

I have years of passionate experience in disability roles and I hope for much more! Although that was a great experience, I realised my true calling is working directly with people as this is what I love and is my greatest strength.

I have experience working with many different types of disabilities, and a diverse range of support needs, so nothing phases me. I love to assist and support people to engage in their community. I particularly enjoy helping people overcome obstacles and achieve their goals, no matter how simple, easy or “out there” their goals are!I
